Lorraine Turner – Managing Director
Lorraine has been involved in direct marketing for over 20 years, a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, IDM Diploma holder, and is on the Mailing House Council of the DMA.
She is a “hands-on direct marketer” and is still very much in contact with all CCS’s clients on a regular basis. She also keeps abreast of all that’s changing in direct mail. If you have any questions about anything to do with mailings or the Royal Mail, then speak to Lorraine for a straight forward, easy to understand explanation!
Andy Morris – Commercial Manager
Andy has been involved in printing and direct marketing for over 20 years. He ensures your mailing lands on the doormat on time, every time.
Lee Payler – Account Manager
Lee has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of direct mail, having worked in all the departments within the company. Lee is also studying for his IDM Diploma in Direct and Interactive Marketing.
Julie Robinson & Laura Murphy – Account Managers
Our Account Managers will take your brief, prepare costings and schedules for you. Julie has more than 15 years experience in customer service/account management, and Laura has a degree in Marketing. They’ll provide you with laser proofs and sample packs and make sure everything is to your personal satisfaction, ensuring that your mailings are handled efficiently.
Mike Windle – Finance Director
Mike brings his financial acumen to the team. A qualified accountant he is responsible for ensuring that you, the Client always gets the best value for money for your projects. But as an accountant and main board director he’s also here to ensure the cash flow of CCS Direct Mail is never compromised.
